I live in Kansas and when I hire a building erector it is by the square foot for labor only… This is for a basic 40 x 100 foot steel building with 16 foot side walls. What do you pay per square foot for erection only??

With a pad they would charge about $10,000. I know because I was thing of having one and the total is $21,000.
