How much would it cost to build a full-scale replica of Neuschwanstein?

… with modern updates like steel beams, reinforced concrete supports, electrical and telephone wiring, co-axial and fibre-optic cabling, plumbing, natural gas, heating, cooling, etc.?

Is the steel beam frame of an "on-frame" modular home just as sturdy as an "off-frame" modular foundation?

My family and I are about to purchase our first home! We decided to go with a modular home because of the lower price and quick build time (we really wanted to take advantage of the ,000 first-time buyers tax credit). I’ve done a bunch of online research and I’ve got a pretty good idea of how lenders, appraisers, etc. feel about modular homes (especially on-frame modulars). That aside, I would like to know if there is any difference in the quality of an "on-frame" steel frame and an "off-frame" foundation. I tell ya, looking at those huge steel beams, I can’t help but think they would be sturdier than a permanent foundation. I mean, if the foundation were to shift (hypothetically speaking of course), those steel beams sure aren’t going to bend. What do you guys think? I would especially love to hear from someone who has lived in a modular home for a while. Any info, however, is greatly appreciated.
