The square footage per floor is about 6400 feet, with three elevators, with a glass and steel exterior. The floors and walls are fairly thick, and most of the floors will be dedicated to either office space or upscale condominiums (2 per floor), except for the bottom floor, which is dedicated to retail.
I’m looking for an estimate not including the price of the land. I greatly appreciate any estimates you can make. Information on the variability of the costs is extremely helpful as well.
