Our previous focus was on residential construction; however, since 1979, we have specialized in commercial construction, with the pre-engineered building system, the self-framing buildings, accumulating over 40 years of construction experience.

Our experience has been with multiple, pre-engineered building systems and self framing building manufacturers. In recent and past years, we have developed rapport with manufacturers, such as the Garco Building Systems, based in Spokane, Washington.
